Please bear in mind that prints are made to order so please allow up to 14 working days to receive your print (orders outside of NZ may take longer). Prints are sent by courier and you will be sent details to track your purchase once it has been sent.
Click and collect is available, you will receive an email notification of when your print is ready to collect.
Returns and refunds will be treated on a case by case basis. Should you wish to receive a refund or process a return please email hello@stevewoodtattoo.com.
If a refund or return is granted, then the item must be returned to us at your own cost and in the same condition that it was received in.
